Job Overview

As a pivotal member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager will have a wide range of ownership, overseeing programs that leverage content marketing, inbound marketing, PPC, SEO, CRM, email/push/SMS, and social media. In this role, you will develop campaigns and create experiments (A/B, multivariate testing) backed in strategy that can be scaled to drive on-going optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-enthusiast and true team-player with the talent to drive performance throughout the marketing tech stack. You should have the technical skills and hacker mindset to be able to test, adjust, and launch in a fast paced, high-growth environment.


The Job

  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral) for all product lines.
  • Daily management and optimization of PPC campaigns in Google and Microsoft
  • Own paid and organic growth strategy, from concept to completion
  • Understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers, including some combination of SEM, programmatic Display, Paid Social, Video, and offline channels.
  • You are passionate about Marketing and Marketing tech. You keep up to date with the industry, its latest trends, and platforms.
  • You have experience working with multiple marketing functions such as brand and content and can connect the dots between programs to create full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Build-out CHIME's paid acquisition strategy; report on and calculate success of (e.g. ROI, CAC, MRR), and make recommendations for improvement
  • Lead ongoing optimization efforts of Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot), including learning the platform, data setup and integration, and building campaigns
  • Establish analytics and reporting for growth channels and performance benchmarks
  • Create reporting dashboards and share relevant insights regularly with internal teams



What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing or relevant role, preferably for high-growth SaaS technology companies
  • Expert knowledge of PPC campaign management in Google and Microsoft platforms
  • Knowledge of the latest growth practices including paid acquisition, technical SEO/SEM
  • Experience in Google Analytics and comfortable with other analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Expertise with multi-channel CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and other digital marketing tools. Hubspot experience preferred!
  • Project management skills with ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Statistical approach in data-driven decision making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous work designing or building landing pages and/or sales funnels
