Summary
The Senior Manager Customer Lifecycle Communications is responsible for the development and execution of a lifecycle marketing strategy for each of the lines of business at Ryder. This role will focus on the existing Ryder customer audiences and is intricately involved with other key teams in the organization; Insights, Digital, Creative / Brand and go to market Leads. This is developed under the supervision of the Director of Integrated Segment Marketing. Plans include well thought-out lifecycle cadences by line of business with clearly defined market goals and financial objectives. The role includes a balance of strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has solid experience in marketing programs and an intuitive understanding of customer lifecycle fundamentals.

Essential Functions
Develop detailed plans that establish the onboarding and retention campaigns across all of the Ryder lines of business
Collaborate with key stakeholders inclusive of Digital teams, Insights, Creative and Program Managers
Execute individual program goals and measurement criteria
Iteratively test and improve all marketing touches to optimize customer experience
Present regularly on program performance and successes to leaders.
Work closely with the business to understand and initiate the business strategy that will guide the marketing plan
Attend all weekly GTM team meetings for new initiatives and segments as assigned by Director
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
Ability to provide leadership to and directly collaborate with a diverse team of internal and external professionals
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to brief senior leadership on outcomes and recommendations
Demonstrated analytical skills aimed at reporting out performance and opportunities associated with the programs
Ability to work independently under pressure, managing resources and multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
Seven (7) years or more in marketing developing comprehensive marketing plans to reach target market segments required
Four (4) years or more in demonstrated management of key marketing campaigns that have achieved business and financial goals required
Three (3) years or more in transactional marketing with a keen understanding for a fast-paced transactional environment required
Three (3) years or more in management required

certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $90K to $120K
