Summary: The primary functions of the Business Analyst position include system design, functionality, and enhancement. This position is responsible for formulating and defining system scopes, functionality, and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of both business systems and client requirements. The Business Analyst also develops and modifies procedures to solve complex problems concerning information systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in user interface design and enhancement
- Proficient in system design and enhancement
- Ability to conduct requirements analysis and functional specifications
- Ability to create and execute test plans
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Have superior communication skills
- Possess an understanding of teamwork, and be willing to actively participate in teamed projects
- Prior experience with both internal and external clients
- Experience with Agile Software Development helpful
- Flexibility
