Avenity is looking for Junior Software Engineers for fullstack software development with one to five years of experience in the development of information systems. We are looking for US Citizens or Permanent US Residents with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Qualified candidates will have exposure to designing, building, deploying, and supporting software systems. Experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, WinForms, ASP/MVC, etc.) and familiarity with relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server) are helpful.
Our Software Engineers work hand in hand with our Business Analysts to provide exceptional solutions and service to our clients. Beyond building the software that drives our business, our development team enables the entire development lifecycle from initial client demonstrations, through requirements gathering, deployment, and ultimately into Production support.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
1-5 years experience in a Software Development/Engineering role
Experience in a client-facing role
Exposure to software development using Microsoft and/or Java technologies
Familiarity with .NET, database systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
Willingness to travel to client sites
Responsibilities
