As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & Business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product Team, you ll bring a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing Engineering, Maintenance and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and provide advisement on the best solution. Additionally, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy those as IS/IT solutions. You will work to create value for our market receivers by developing an understanding of their business requirements, as well as our IT portfolio, and using this knowledge to propose, deploy and support IT solutions.



  • Support markets on the identification of business benefits to be achieved by the implementation of Engineering, Maintenance and SHE tools

  • Define business requirements and implementation plans

  • Work with internal and external partners

  • Perform post implementation evaluations, quantifying business benefits against business cases

  • Identify opportunities for improvement such as gaps in existing functionality, troubleshooting, process automation, and driving the development/implementation process

  • Support SAP-PM and broader Engineering, Maintenance and SHE portfolio of solutions in the NA market

  • Lead and support deployments of SAP and other solutions

  • Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues

  • Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction and the change management required to maximize its adoption, value




REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or related work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant functional area

  • 3+ years of experience working in SAP ERP




OTHER

  • Experience in SAP-PM with engineering or maintenance background in a factory environment with exposure to mobile industrial solutions preferred

  • Extensive project management experience preferred




The approximate pay range for this position is $105,940 - $128,475. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location .
