Sales Agent- Remote

Revenue Group is looking for an enthusiastic telesales agent to generate sales in a fast-paced environment. Telesales agents are responsible for influencing potential customers to buy products or services. You will need to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered with all potential customers.

The shift for this position is 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

The hourly rate is $14.00 plus a monthly bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Delivering scripted talks to residential customers to explain the benefits of our client's products and services to persuade potential customers.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
• Work with multiple computer applications while simultaneously taking inbound/outbound calls.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a sales, retail and or call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 7 Year Background Check
