Call Center Customer Service Representative & data entry

CUSTOMER SERVICE/OFFICE ASSISTANT POSITION/DATA ENTRY. We are a long established family business looking for someone experienced to assist with over-the-phone customer service, order processing and correspondence with customers via email, and data entry. This is a multi task, permanent position that we are looking to fill immediately. Applicant needs to have advanced computer skills and clear speech. Duties would include answering phones, customer service via phone and email, responding to customer emails, data entry, tracking shipments, filing damage claims, and light clerical duties. Proper phone and email etiquette is a must and is a large part of the job.To be considered for the position you must be able to type 50 wpm. (A typing test will be administered during the interview.)

Qualified candidates will have advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook and must be able to write/type using proper grammar and correct spelling.

In-Store Signage (using Word)

Retail Experience (1-2 years minimum)

Must be flexible

Adobe Photoshop experience a plus
