The primary goal of the employee relations specialist in this position is to promote and continually emphasize employee engagement strategies and opportunities for growth and development within the organization. The relations specialist provides staff members with an awarenss of existing professional development opportunities within the organization that individuals may choose to pursue and take advantage a situation to utilize both their natural and learned skills/talents.
The employee specialist continuously promotes and enhances employee engagement in the organization by celebrating employee achievement and capitalizing on the well earned reputation of the organization as an excellent place to work. The specialist encourages and enhances the contribution of ideas from all members of the team and the internal support of other team members while working to build and maintain a positive work environment. The specialist works to provide strategies that maintains productive employee interaction in a supportive work culture. They focus on maintaining an attitude of teamwork and promoting productive outcomes for all team members. The employee specialist is involved in other HR activities related to working with managers and supervisors to assist in guiding employee growth and development prepare these staff members for current and future internal opportunities. The specialist provides consistent feedback to HR, management and supervisors regarding trends in employee personnel growth and continued development.
In addition, the relations specialist promote employee engagement activities and enhancement of the workplace culture.

Pay: $42,546.00 - $57,396.00 per year
