Responsibilities
 As a  Client Service Representative, you will provide Insurance and Investment sales, and administrative and marketing support to a pool of high-producing advisors with the opportunity to branch out into additional operational support activities.
  Serve as a primary client liaison and manage client communications.
  Provide materials for client and prospect meetings (ex: account opening paperwork, reporting).
  Respond to client inquiries and service requests.
  Schedule client and prospect meetings.
  Monitor the status of paperwork and facilitate new business submission.
  Manage the delivery of client policies and other account documentation; follow up as needed.
  CRM database maintenance.
  Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
  Undergraduate college degree required.
  Series 7 and 66 licenses or ability to obtain.
  Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional office environment (Insurance and Investment Services preferred) with data entry responsibilities and efficient execution of administrative tasks.
  Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel. PowerPoint).
