Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Financial Analyst opening east of Greensboro, North Carolina with a fast-growing corporation. This is a newly-created role due to growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A wide variety of opportunities will be offered in addition to personal & professional career development.
Financial Analyst duties will include the following:
- Report to Financial Operations Manager
- Analyze monthly labor spend and variance analysis
- Support budget and forecasting process
- Monthly review and analysis of P&L
- Monthly budget versus actual analysis
- Customer P&L analysis
- Weekly financial metrics
- Interface with operations to perform analysis as needed to help maximize profitability
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics (or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant FP&A experience and/or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and passionate
- Power BI is a plus
