CLA is looking to hire an Innovation Director to execute the long-term strategic vision set forth by the Outsourcing Business Operations (BizOps) leadership team.
In this role, you will understand the current state of BizOps operational infrastructure and practices and find ways to enhance them through various means, including implementation of technologies and standardization. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and as it relates to BizOps internal processes. You must be excited about building new processes, implementing new ideas, and being a change agent.
As the Innovation Director you will:
- Assist the BizOps leadership team in developing and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure, processes, tools, and technologies to accommodate rapid growth.
- Drive consistency and standardization across BizOps
- Assist in the education of those impacted by change and participate in change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with other areas of the firm to assist in the rollout of firmwide technologies and processes to ensure BizOps business needs are considered.
- Execute projects as directed by the BizOps leadership team to improve and automate internal processes including but not limited to employee onboarding, CRM data management, scheduling and capacity planning, and integrations with existing systems.
- Provide data analysis and establish key performance indictors specific to BizOps that enables deeper practice insights and identifies future initiatives to improve the practice.
- Work closely with the Client Success team to develop ways to capture, interpret, and disseminate client feedback.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in blend of technology and accounting or finance roles
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
- Detailed knowledge of accounting software packages and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to travel to various office locations when required.
