This job reports directly to Office Manager. This position provides great service to clients and employee team. This position must work well with other.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
A familiarity with smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PCs, and Macs.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Record customer information within our customer service database.
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
