Growth You’ll Foster


Regrow is looking for a Sales Executive to close net new business and grow strategic customer relationships. This role will work closely with Business Development Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Sales and Marketing leadership to follow a consultative sales approach and position Regrow’s product portfolio to help target accounts achieve their sustainability goals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with exposure to or a passion for sustainability in the agriculture industry. 


What you will do:



  • Identify new sales by developing target account lists within our target industries: ag-retail and consumer brands

  • Work with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop sales and marketing programs to build a pipeline of sales qualified leads

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to fully understand a prospect’s individual business requirements and formulate a recommendation on how Regrow can meet their needs

  • Confidently lead technical presentations and demos to clearly and enthusiastically articulate Regrow’s value proposition

  • Close Sales by owning the sales process to a closed-won outcome through proper positioning of Regrow’s solutions given prospect’s business needs

  • Build strong relationships with prospects by positioning yourself and Regrow a trusted and reliable resource

  • Maintain closed-won relationships by partnering with Customer Success to understand your customer’s platform setup and usage and identify new business and potential obstacles to renewal

  • Create scalable sales strategies and processes by being one of the first members of the Regrow sales team. Be able to adapt and pivot quickly based on learnings

  • Attend events and other industry conferences to network and engage with assigned accounts (<10%)

  • Serve internally as ‘voice of the customer’ by communicating market opportunities, obstacles, and needs to senior leadership and other internal teams (Marketing, Product)


Qualifications: 



  • 5 years of sales experience

  • Possess a hunter’s mindset with a farmer’s ability to sell solutions to customers. Be able and ready to find a need and present a solution

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

  • Agriculture or ag-tech experience a plus but not required

  • Familiarity with CRM system and other sales automation tools (Hubspot a plus)
