Impact Fulfillment Services seeks a growth-minded Financial Analyst for our Corporate location dedicated to achieving results that drive business profitability. The Analyst will be responsible for understanding and executing labor cost controls and performance analysis while collaborating with site operations teams to help them understand their financial performance.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outside the box and challenging the organization with new ideas and a fresh perspective. This role will also be responsible for assisting the finance team on special projects that support business innovation.

What you will get to do:

• Monthly Budget vs. Actual Analysis
• Monthly Labor Variance Analysis
• Support temp labor accounting processes to ensure cost accuracy, including weekly invoice reconciliations and monthly accruals.
• Support Budget and Forecast Update Process.
• Monthly Review of P&L for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to perform analysis as-needed to maximize profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years professional accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Curious and self-directed analyst: able to identify questions in addition to solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate effectively within all levels of the Company.
• A proven track record in leading/managing projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (no exceptions)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High energy, self-starter
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
