The Global Security Services (GSS) organization is hiring a Cybersecurity Records Standardization and Management Specialist, eligible for fully remote work.Job Summary:The Cyber Records Standardization and Management Specialist (aka Principal Specialist, Cyber Leadership) operates within the Solutions Team and will support the strategic management of Information System (IS) documentation in the interest of aligning legacy Raytheon business units and equipping RMD staff to effectively support tactical cybersecurity compliance requirements.This position will contribute substantively to the roll-out, support, and methodical improvement of the Raytheon Cybersecurity Authorization Sustainment Tool (RCAST), RMD’s central digital authorization artifact and process management platform. In this role, you will collaborate across RMD regions and environments to create and support standard, systematic approaches for records management that enable more effective Continuous Monitoring, Self-Inspections, and Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) Readiness.We value diverse skills and experience, so don’t hold back. If you’re passionate about what you could accomplish here, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities to Anticipate:+ Map existing processes for records management and compliance documentation+ Assess gaps in current records management efforts; identify and present solutions to bridge these gaps and better prepare RMD Cyber to meet compliance objectives+ Collaborate with Operations staff to document differences current operational records management practices, including for Configuration Certification Checklists (C3s), SCAP and STIG content and stored results checklists, vulnerability scan results, and similar compliance documentation+ Leveraging feedback from operational teams, knowledge of existing (and upcoming) support mechanisms, and experience with IS documentation, will propose creative, efficient solutions to support RMD Cyber records management+ Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or similar guidance documentation and support accompanying trainings for Records Management solutions, in coordination with Cybersecurity Sr. ISSMs+ Coordinate logistics of accomplishing Continuous Monitoring with standard, effective documentation and validation support+ Cultivate relationships (internal to RMD Cyber and with other GSS cores) to support more efficient and impactful Self-Inspections+ Communicate new standard solutions for records management+ Provide training and/or support during standards rollout+ Participate in RCAST planning and implementation meetings+ Assist in RCAST requirements execution, especially in the areas of artifact and records standard retention and storage+ Provide surge support to Solutions Team projects and strategic efforts as needed+ Very limited travel may be required for large roll-out or similar activitiesQualifications You Must Have:+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, Management Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Business, Finance, STEM or other degrees will be considered with 5 years of experience as described in bullet 4+ A Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience as described in bullet 4+ An Associate’s Degree with 7 years of relevant experience described in the bullet below+ In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience consisting of any combination:+ Cybersecurity, systems security or hardening+ Software engineering, test, or development+ Information Technology+ Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies (such as: databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, software programs, education/curriculum software, hardware troubleshooting or electronics)+ Project or program management or account management+ Online learning or curriculum management+ Information/data management or statistics+ Compliance-based auditing using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and/or non-defense regulations such as FAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISO 9001 Quality Management standards, or HIPPA+ The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
