Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. This role involves processing accounts payable invoices, reconciling P Card transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, compliance, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile P Card transactions and receipts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle detailed invoices and manage P Card transactions.
• Utilize basic Excel skills, including formulas, for various tasks.
Essential Skills
• At least 6+ months of experience in accounts payable.
• Experience with invoice processing and way match.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle (preferred, but not required).
• Basic proficiency in Excel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
