Workforce Management Analyst Senior

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our firm's global security infrastructure, managing risk, and developing innovative solutions to complex security challenges.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the firm's Global Security Infrastructure, leveraging technology to manage risk effectively.
• Develop templates, processes, and workflows in collaboration with IT/Technology and Project Management teams.
• Design upgrades for existing security infrastructure to enhance overall security posture.
• Participate in projects to develop or integrate systems while addressing and reducing security risks.
• Utilize advanced experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama for firewall policy development and deployment.
• Deploy and support Prisma Access (SASE) for comprehensive security solutions.
• Provide support for firewalls in IaaS cloud environments.
• Analyze risks associated with onboarding new applications and technologies.
• Support PKI protocols and demonstrate solid foundational understanding of IP routing/switching concepts.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP protocol and perform packet capture analysis using tools such as Wireshark.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Technology roles within an enterprise environment.
• Advanced experience supporting Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama, including firewall policy development and deployment.
• Experience deploying and supporting Prisma Access (SASE) and firewalls in IaaS cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of PKI protocols (SSL/TLS) and IP routing/switching concepts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting TCP/IP protocol and packet capture analysis using tools like Wireshark.
