About the Role:
Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Tax Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our tax services.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform various clerical tasks such as scanning, billing, revenue collection, and documentation to support tax preparation and filing processes.
+ Run weekly reports to track project progress and communicate updates to relevant staff members.
+ Maintain project tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.
+ Assist managers and the director in managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating upcoming events and meetings.
+ Enter client information and financial data into the tax preparation software accurately and efficiently.
+ Collect and organize client information and documents required for tax preparation and planning purposes.
+ Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure all necessary information is obtained and documented for each client.

Requirements:
+ General Business or Accounting degree preferred but not required
+ Previous office work experience required
+ Experience working for a CPA firm is a huge plus
